Writing
When I explore ancient ruins in Turkey, I often find myself staring at the inscribed stones, lost in daydreams. I imagine the people who wrote them, the stories they tell, and what life was like back then. It's like having a secret connection with the past, and it makes me wonder what people in the year 4023 will think of us. I love sharing the inspiration behind these experiences, taking readers on amazing adventures through my writing. It's like being a time-traveling tour guide! I've even written a book about my trip to Latin America, and I volunteer at a magazine. Plus, I share my photos on social media with fun backstories. It's all about spreading the joy of discovery and imagination!

Hiking & Camping
Living in the city can make me feel like I'm stuck in a concrete jungle. The tall buildings block the sky, and the hard ground won't let my roots grow. The crowds, the elevators, and the bright lights all make me feel like I'm far away from nature. To fix this, I often go on hiking or camping adventures to reconnect with the great outdoors. It's like a nature spa for my soul! I've been lucky enough to go on some amazing trips, like hiking in the breathtaking Torres del Paine in Chilean Patagonia and exploring the Lycian Way in Turkey. It's like being in a real-life postcard! These adventures help me remember that there's a whole world of wonder out there, beyond the city streets.

Vinyl Collection
I enjoy the sensation that washes over me when I dive in the captivating sounds of a quality-recorded vintage vinyl, dating back to the analog age. I vividly recall the moment I first played a Paco de Lucia vinyl from the 60s and was stunned by the ability to hear sound details like finger hits on the strings and body of the guitar. I couldn’t contain my excitement and thought to myself, “OMG, I can’t believe I’m hearing these details!” It was as though I had never truly experienced music until that very moment. The uncompressed sound quality of some vinyl records and the exceptional craftsmanship of vintage turntables never fail to captivate me. I've got a small vinyl collection that I love to grow whenever I can. My setup is a Dual 1218 turntable on a Dual HS 53 amplifier from the 1970s, which is ready to transport me to another era with every spin!

Postcards
Two types of reactions of people always brighten up my day:
-
When people involuntarily make an “AAAAhhhhh!!!…” sound accompanied by a huge smile upon observing the rings of Saturn through a telescope for the first time,
-
The replies I got when people find surprise postcards on their office desks and my imagining of their joy.
I've been sending and getting postcards for years now, and I've got quite a collection. They're like a box of smiles and good memories. Whenever I'm feeling a bit down, I read through them and it's like getting a big hug from all the people who sent them. It's a reminder that there's always something to be happy about,.
Piano
Even before I started primary school, I loved playing the piano and making up my own tunes. My passion for music remained strong. While studying Mechanical Engineering, I dreamed of designing musical instruments or working on audio device acoustics. I practiced piano in my free time and took music courses in the music faculty. Along the way, I made many wonderful friends and met great professors. It was a fun and musical journey!
